- On the Lower Level, there is the main fully equipped kitchen with (an oven, microwave, dishwashing machine, 2 refrigerators with freezers, platters, and serving items), a staff dining area with sofa, dining table, chairs refrigerator, and two ensuite stuff rooms with two single beds with shower.
Building A:
- The building consists of two Levels and has 3 bedrooms./li>
- On the Ground Level, there is a Master ensuite bedroom with a Double bed and /outdoor living room.
- On the Lower Level, there are two bedrooms: An ensuite bedroom with two single beds (or a conjoined double bed) with a shower and an ensuite bedroom with a Double bed.
Building B
- The building consists of two Levels and has 4 bedrooms.
- On the Ground Level, there is a living room with Sonos speakers & a Smart TV and a master ensuite bedroom with a bathtub, closet, and stationery.
- On the Lower Level, there are three more ensuite double bedrooms with a shower, closet, stationery in each one, and a laundry room as well.
Building C
- The building consists of two Levels and has 4 bedrooms.
- On the Ground Level, there is a living room with Sonos speakers & a Smart TV,
