Villa Nacre

Villa Nacre is built on the hillside above the town of Antiparos. This is a cave house with green roofs that is developed on 3 levels. The architectural design intends to integrate the building in the natural environment with the use of local stone and the design of white volumes as found in the traditional architecture of the Cyclades.

The first level includes 4 bedrooms. All with en-suite bathrooms, double sink, a douche, and sea view. On the same level, there is also a computer room, a laundry room as well as access to the elevator from the outdoors.

The second level has the master bedroom of the Villa with en-suite bathroom, and beautiful sea views. Adding on there is bedroom with twin beds, however, it can become a double, with en-suite bathroom as well. The living room, dining room, two kitchens, one open plan and the secondary, and the main pool are available on this level. Additionally, a guest WC, access to the elevator and three independent skylights.

The third level offers two more double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, facing the sea. The advantage of this floor is the second private polygonal pool and terrace!

Villa Nacre offers as well a private gym with its own WC, douche, and changing room.

The beautiful outdoor spaces with a Dining, BBQ and Bar areas, complete the Villa, which promotes relaxing vibes and uninterrupted views.
