Marin Retreat

Marin Retreat is a spacious and comfortable property that consists of two separate buildings, offering a large 17-meter swimming pool. Guests have direct access to a private beach area with shade and deck chairs, which can be reached within a quick 5-minute walk.

The property provides unobstructed views of the Aegean sea, and can accommodate up to 22 guests. It includes lounging areas, sunbeds and a private gym with a steam bath.

The Villa has a total of 11 bedrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite and comes with a walk-in closet and a study/sitting area, and independent access. Additionally, there are six more en-suite bedrooms located in the main house, two of them with independent entrances. The main house also features a living-dining area, a guest bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

The cottage house features an open plan living and dining area, a small but fully equipped open-plan kitchen and four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom, while the other two are en-suite. The cottage house also features an open-plan kitchen that is fully equipped and connects seamlessly with the living room, a dining table, and a shared bathroom.

The outdoor area boasts a swimming pool with sun-loungers and a lounge, including a bar and external shower. The buildings are surrounded and linked by courtyards and terraces with various seating and dining areas, as well as a barbeque.
