For over 25 years, Villa Casa has been a much-loved family home. Originally an old olive press, the property has been sympathetically restored, preserving its original features. Dating back over 200 years, the walls are a meter thick, keeping the interior cool during summer despite full air conditioning. The house is located on the northeast coast of the island, one hour from the airport. Situated on two acres of private land with fruit trees, the villa sits right on the sea, with sandy beaches on either side.
The garden offers various areas for relaxing, eating, and sunbathing. There is a private massage area, an outdoor gym, a pool with a children’s pool, a bar, and jetty access.
